Type 316L Ti is a better corrosion resistance chromium-nickel, steel alloy with high molybdenum content and some titanium. It is not a typical easy machining alloy and is therefore not recommended due to its difficulty at high speeds of machining processes. The main advantage of 316Ti is that it is made at higher temperatures for longer with no precipitation present. The presence of titanium gives some improvements in mechanical strength, especially at high temperatures.
