Supports and anchors
The offshore platform is located on an adjustable bracket. During transport, the bracket retracts and extends upward. At the offshore site, they support the platform and anchor it to the seabed.
Complex manufacturing processes
We develop rope manufacturing technology for thermoformed parts in the in-house stamping workshop. The pre-material is a thick plate made of high-strength, fine-grained structural steel produced by our own mill. The metal strips are cut into ropes from of the plate with a special tool in the hydraulic press, and the maximum pressure is up to 3,500 tons. The function of the tool is based on the calculation of finite elements and ensures high precision of the shape. After thermoforming, the ropes They are tempered and water straightened. Flame cutting or grinding of long and short edges is the last step in the production process.
