Manufacture of steel sheets for shipbuilding
Steel for shipbuilding is a steel plate used by shipyards, shipyards and shipyards to manufacture cargo ships and passengers, ships, offshore drilling rigs, doors and other ship structures and hulls. Manufacture of steel sheets for shipbuilding
Steel for shipbuilding is a plate produced on a reversible hot laminator with one or three sequential supports. Laminated and melted steeds are used as raw material.
The production process includes:
Heat the snout in the continuous overheating furnace, then transfer it to the inlet roller table and transport it to the first mill frame;
The s handles are rolled into plates at the specified temperature, speed and deformation to ensure the necessary parameters for the finished steel.
Finishing and heat treatment (if necessary). The laminate finish consists of cutting the head and tail of the workpiece, leveling, cutting the side edges, cutting to scale, marking, ndt and transferring to the storage area.
All of these production stages are a single process, except for the finishing and heat treatment of thick plates, which require long-lasting operations to transfer metals to intermediate process storage areas. Steels for shipbuilding can be hot rolled, heat treated (standard or off and tempered), standardized or thermomechanical laminates.
