Our 304 perforated sheets feature precise perforation parameters: hole diameter ranging from 0.5mm to 50mm, hole spacing (center distance) ranging from 1mm to 100mm, and a perforation rate of 10%–60% (customizable). The steel sheet has a tensile strength ≥515 MPa, yield strength ≥205 MPa, elongation ≥40%, and good ductility and formability, facilitating cutting, bending, and welding.
Our SS304 perforated plates are available in thicknesses of 0.3mm–10mm, widths of 1000mm–1500mm, and lengths of 2000mm–3000mm. Surface treatments include 2B, No. 4, and brushed (Ra≤0.8μm), offering easy cleaning and fingerprint resistance.
Each plate undergoes rigorous testing for pore size accuracy (±0.05mm), flatness, and corrosion resistance, and comes with a factory test certificate (MTC). This product is widely used in filtration, ventilation, decoration, and food processing, combining functionality, durability, and aesthetics.
