After welding, it should be water-quenched at 1050–1150°C to eliminate residual stress and balance the duplex microstructure.
The outer diameter of ASTM A928 S32750 duplex stainless steel tubing typically ranges from 1/2 inch to 24 inches (12.7–610 mm). Wall thickness is compliant with ASME B36.19M, with tolerances of ±10%, and is available in random lengths or cut to order.

Oil and gas: S32750 duplex stainless steel pipe can be used as subsea pipelines and pipelines for transporting high sulfur media.
Chemical industry: S32750 duplex stainless steel pipe can be used as a pipeline for reactors and heat exchangers in strong acid (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid) and strong alkali environments.
