EN10216-5 UNS32205 duplex stainless steel pipe features an outer diameter range of 10.2–114.3 mm (1/4"–4"), with wall thickness tolerances controlled within ±10%. Its surface is treated with pickling and passivation to form a uniform protective film, while the inner surface achieves a roughness of Ra≤0.8μm to ensure efficient fluid conveyance. Additionally, it provides multiple quality certifications including eddy current testing (compliant with EN 10246-10), hydrostatic testing (20–30 MPa), and ultrasonic testing (in accordance with EN 10160), meeting the stringent quality requirements of high-pressure and highly corrosive application scenarios.
