The ASTM A790 S32760 pipes we supply are available in both seamless and welded versions (such as ERW/DFW), featuring a PREN value of ≥40 (significantly surpassing 316L's PREN of 25), delivering exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing environments (≤10,000 ppm).These pipes offer an outer diameter range from 1/2 inch to 24 inches, with wall thickness tolerances strictly controlled within ±10%, while their inner surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm ensures efficient fluid conveyance. The surface is treated with pickling and passivation to form a uniform protective film. Custom lengths and special specifications are supported, with outer diameter tolerances of ±0.5%.

Prior to shipment, each pipe undergoes 100% eddy current testing (compliant with ASTM A424/A424M), hydrostatic testing (20–40 MPa to verify leak-free integrity and structural soundness), and ultrasonic testing (in accordance with ASTM A388).
