ASTM A269 TP304L seamless tubes supplied by GNEE are manufactured from ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel using a VIM + ESR dual-refining process to ensure exceptional purity. The tubes are then produced through precision cold drawing or cold rolling followed by solution annealing. Dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled, with an outside diameter tolerance of ±0.05 mm and a wall-thickness tolerance of ±10%. The bright annealed surface achieves a roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, making these tubes widely used in biopharmaceutical systems, food and beverage processing, semiconductor equipment, instrumentation, and high-purity fluid transport where superior cleanliness, corrosion resistance, and dimensional precision are essential.
