ASME SA269 TP304 Austenitic Seamless Bright Annealed Tube

ASTM A269 is a standard specification for seamless and welded austenitic stainless steel tubing used in general corrosive, low-temperature, and high-temperature service. Unlike standards such as ASTM A270 (which focuses on sanitary surface finish requirements), ASTM A269 emphasizes mechanical integrity, dimensional accuracy, and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for industrial, structural, and fluid-transport applications.

Using continuous casting billets combined with multi-pass cold drawing or cold rolling, followed by continuous bright annealing, our A269 TP304 seamless tubes achieve a mirror-bright finish (Ra ≤ 0.6 μm) with uniform grain structure and low residual stress. These tubes can operate continuously at temperatures up to 870°C, with strict tolerances of ±0.03 mm for outside diameter and ±8% for wall thickness. We offer customized sizes from Φ3–203 mm OD, 0.3–8.0 mm wall thickness, and any required length in either coil or straight-tube form. Additional processing includes online annealing, fixed-length cutting, bending, and internal polishing.
