EN 1.4550 stainless steel tubing is a niobium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel, equivalent to AISI 347, commonly used in the manufacture of high-temperature seamless tubes for boilers and heat exchangers. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, high creep strength, and resistance to intergranular corrosion, making it suitable for high-temperature and corrosive environments.
The EN 1.4550 stainless steel round tubes we supply exhibit excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially within the carbide precipitation temperature range of 427 to 816°C. EN 1.4550 seamless tubes are non-magnetic in the annealed state and can only be hardened by cold working. Its minimum yield strength and tensile strength are 205 MPa and 515 MPa, respectively. EN 1.4550 welded tubes are easily formed and drawn and cannot be hardened by heat treatment.

TP347 stainless steel tubing plays a crucial role in the petroleum, chemical, and power industries. In the petroleum industry, TP347 stainless steel tubing for wells and pipelines, resisting high temperatures and pressures, and resisting crude oil corrosion. In the chemical industry, TP347 stainless steel tubing for heat exchangers to resist corrosion from various chemicals. In the power industry, TP347 stainless steel tubing for boilers and steam pipelines, ensuring the safe operation of power generation.
