1.4878 (UNS S30815 / X15CrNiSi25-21) is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel containing approximately 24-26% chromium and 19-22% nickel. It exhibits excellent oxidation resistance, carburization resistance, and thermal stability in continuous high-temperature environments, surpassing ordinary 310S stainless steel pipes.
Our 1.4878 stainless steel round pipes are manufactured using precision electric furnace melting, AOD refining, hot extrusion or seamless tube forming, solution annealing, and pickling processes, ensuring a uniform microstructure, smooth inner and outer surfaces, and strict dimensional tolerances. Product forms include 1.4878 seamless round tubes, 1.4878 thick-walled tubes, and 1.4878 SS welded tubes, with surface treatments including pickling, bright annealing, or grinding to meet different processing needs. Typical mechanical properties include tensile strength ≥520 MPa, elongation ≥40%, and hardness controlled at ≤200 HB.
