1.4961 stainless steel tubing is a high-carbon austenitic chromium stainless steel, commonly used in high-stress, highly corrosive, and harsh environments. TP347H seamless tubes are manufactured using a seamless process, without welded joints. They offer excellent leak resistance and reduce the likelihood of failure in high-pressure applications. Tubes can be produced in various sizes and thicknesses according to customer specifications and strictly adhere to international standards such as ASTM A213 and A269. 1.4961 stainless steel welded tubes have good workability under common welding techniques. It can be heat treated but will not respond to the treatment. Only cold working can improve the toughness and strength of TP347H stainless steel cold-drawn tubes.
