UNI Fe510 D1K1 steel plate grade is a hot rolled product of structural steels in technical delivery condition with improved resistance to atmospheric corrosion. The main alloying elements are chromium, nickel and copper with added phosphorus which gives it excellent self-protection qualities. As steel reacts with elements in the atmosphere, the material forms an oxide layer over time that essentially protects the steel from corrosion.
