Causes
of insufficient heating capacity of the finned tube radiator
(1) The hot side pressure or temperature in the tube is too low, and the main symptom is that the hot air temperature on the cold side is close to the hot side temperature.
(2) The hot side flow rate in the tube is too low, and the main symptom is that the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the hot side is large.
(3) The flow distribution of multiple finned tube heat exchangers operating in parallel is uneven, and the main symptom is that the inlet and outlet temperature of each hot side is inconsistent.
(4) The heat transfer performance of finned tube radiator deteriorates with the extension of use time.
(5) The design effect is not achieved when the finned tube radiator is installed and debugged, and the pipe run is properly connected, and the insulation measures are ideal.
Treatment method to solve the insufficient heat exchange capacity of finned tube radiator (1) When conditions permit, to increase the temperature or pressure of the radiator inlet
finned tube, you should consult the manufacturer for the design pressure and allowable temperature range.
(50) Increase the flow rate of the medium in the tube.
(<>) Adjust the position of the inlet and outlet nozzles, and be sure to make the formation of each finned tube radiator consistent.
(<>) Check whether the dirt in the tube is serious, the thermal resistance of the dirt in<>mm ≈ the thermal resistance of the steel plate<>mm.
Check the fins for accommodation or play, especially the finned rolled aluminum steel tubes. Clean the fin surface in time to collect dust or dust.
(<>) Remove excess gas from the pipe to ensure normal operation of the trap. If it is not for installation reasons, it cannot be ruled out that it is the design and manufacturing of the finned tube radiator.
