This standard specifies the size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of hot-rolled and forged structural steel.
This standard applies to beech alloy structural steel with a diameter or thickness of not more than 250 mm. The diameter or thickness can also be supplied after consultation between the supply and demand parties.
Alloy structural steel bar with grade greater than 250mm.
The chemical composition of the grades specified in this standard is also applicable to ingots, billets and their products.
