Surface Cleaning: Remove oil, rust, and scale to ensure a smooth stamping process.
Cutting: Cut the pipes to the required stamping size or workpiece length using common methods such as sawing, flame cutting, or laser cutting.
Positioning: Secure the pipe in the stamping die to ensure even stress distribution and prevent bending or misalignment.
Stamping Die: Design a dedicated die based on the part shape (e.g., flange, pipe cap, disc).
