Testing and Inspection

JIS G3459 SUS304 pipe dimensional tolerance should be confirmed to above table, tight tolerance is often offered doe special requirement, mechanical tests should be performed in accordance with JIS G3459, flare for seamless pipes, flange and reverse flatten for welded pipes. In many cases, Hydrostatic pressure test is performed to ensure quality pipes.
