1.4833 (X14CrNiSi25-4) is a high-chromium, high-nickel austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel that maintains excellent oxidation resistance, carburization resistance, and structural stability at temperatures of 900–1100°C. It is particularly suitable for high-temperature furnace tube systems, offering 40% better high-temperature performance than 304 stainless steel and extending service life by more than 5 years.

Our EN 10216-5 1.4833 seamless stainless steel tubes are manufactured using a mature production process of piercing-hot rolling/cold drawing-solution annealing-pickling, ensuring uniform structure, consistent wall thickness, and a clean surface. Solution treatment (1050-11150℃ water quenching) achieves a tensile strength of ≥520MPa, yield strength of ≥205MPa, and elongation of ≥35%. It maintains a tensile strength of over 300MPa at high temperatures (500℃), with an oxidation limit of 1050℃ for short-term use.
