The super duplex stainless steel S32750 seamless pipes supplied by GNEE are manufactured using a cold drawing process, resulting in high dimensional accuracy. Sizes can be reduced and customized according to customer requirements. Before each drawing process, the pipes are cleaned and heat-treated. ASTM A790 UNS S32750 welded pipes are manufactured using a hot rolling process, resulting in higher strength. To ensure consistent weld quality, the pipes undergo non-destructive testing methods such as pressure testing, eddy current testing, and ultrasonic testing.
UNS S32750 pipes are manufactured and supplied in a solution annealed condition. SA 790 UNS S32750 pipes are resistant to corrosion and pitting. Therefore, they are suitable for subsea control lines and heat exchangers. In addition, they can be used in various other applications, such as offshore platforms, water injection and ballast water systems, and fire fighting systems.
