The ASTM A789 UNS S32750 (equivalent to grade 2507) we supply is a super duplex stainless steel seamless tube. Utilizing a vacuum bright annealing process, the tube surface is smooth with a roughness Ra ≤0.8 μm (twice as smooth as ordinary annealed tubes), reducing fluid resistance by 18% and preventing media adhesion. It boasts excellent mechanical properties, with a yield strength ≥550 MPa and tensile strength ≥795 MPa, 20% higher than S32205, allowing for stable operation at working pressures up to 18 MPa and temperatures ranging from -50℃ to 300℃.
ASTM A789 UNS S32750 bright annealed tubes are available in sizes from DN15–DN300 (NPS 1/2"–12"), with wall thicknesses from SCH10–SCH160. The dimensional tolerances (diameter ±1.5%, wall thickness ±2%) ensure a tight fit with heat exchanger components. These tubes are widely used in seawater desalination, offshore oil platforms, and demanding chemical processes, extending equipment lifespan by more than 40% compared to standard duplex stainless steel tubes.

Testing and Inspection
GNEE has advanced production equipment, including 113 advanced automatic gas shielded welded pipe production lines, 10 medium frequency online bright insulation annealing machines, 30 high-speed internal leveling machines, and a planned annual production capacity of 30,000 tons.
