EN 1.4306 seamless stainless steel tubes (X2CrNi19-11 / equivalent to AISI 304L) are low-carbon austenitic stainless steel containing 18-20% chromium and 10-12% nickel. They exhibit excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, with an annual corrosion rate of <0.01mm in weakly acidic environments containing chloride ions (≤200ppm). They meet food-grade (FDA) and pharmaceutical-grade (GMP) sterile requirements and have a proven record of five years of continuous operation without corrosion in beverage filling lines, resulting in a 40% reduction in maintenance costs compared to carbon steel pipes.
Our 1.4306 stainless steel round tubes have low magnetic properties after annealing, require no solution treatment after welding, are resistant to high-temperature oxidation up to 600℃, and possess excellent formability, smooth inner and outer surfaces, and stable mechanical strength. Tensile strength typically ranges from 480-620 MPa, with an elongation of up to 40%, making them ideal for bending, flaring, and precision machining.
