ABOUT ALLOY 347
Alloy 347 is often used when corrosive conditions are severe, such as in aircraft exhaust ducts, collectors and ring manifolds. Alloy 347 is also used for heavy welded assemblies that cannot be annealed after welding, or where operating conditions cause exposure within the temperature range of 426.67°F to 815.55°F.
