1. Application

These are drawn tubes, used for mechanical purposes when dimensional accuracy, uniformity of properties and to obtain special profiles are required.

2. Material and Mechanical Properties

2.1 - Material and Mechanical Properties

Designation	Symbol	Description
hard drawn	plus C	Nenhum thermal treatment after cold deformation. OS tubes têm, by isso, low power of deformation, for which no guarantee is assumed. High coat coated on the wall, showing high mechanical resistance.
solid wire drawing	plus LC	After the heat treatment, a slight reduction of finishing is followed (cold wire drawing). This case or tube can, within certain limits, be cold deformed (curved, elongated, etc.).
Cold drawing and stress relief	plus SR	After the final process of cold drawing and a heat treatment for stress relief.

normalized	plus N	After the final cold drawing process, the tubes are standardized in furnaces with a controlled atmosphere.
