Stainless steel pipes can be divided into seamless pipes and welded
pipes according to the production mode. Seamless steel pipes can be
divided into hot rolled pipes, cold rolled pipes, cold drawn pipes and
extruded pipes. Cold drawing and cold rolling are the secondary
processing of steel pipes; Welded pipes are divided into straight seam
welded pipes and spiral welded pipes.
Stainless steel pipe can be divided into round pipe and
special-shaped pipe according to the cross-sectional shape. The
special-shaped pipes include rectangular pipes, rhombic pipes,
elliptical pipes, hexagonal pipes, octagonal pipes and various
cross-sectional asymmetric pipes. Special shaped pipes are widely used
in various structural parts, tools and mechanical parts. Compared with
the round pipe, the special-shaped pipe generally has a large moment of
inertia and section modulus, and has a large bending and torsion
resistance, which can greatly reduce the structural weight and save
steel.
The stainless steel pipe can be divided into equal section pipe and
variable section pipe according to the longitudinal section shape.
Variable section pipes include tapered pipes, stepped pipes and periodic
section pipes.
Stainless steel pipe can be divided into smooth pipe and threaded
pipe (threaded steel pipe) according to the state of pipe end. Threading
pipes can be divided into ordinary threading pipes (pipes for
low-pressure transportation such as water and gas, which are connected
with ordinary cylindrical or conical pipe threads) and special threaded
pipes (pipes for oil and geological drilling, which are connected with
special threads for important threading pipes). For some special pipes,
in order to make up for the impact of threads on the strength of pipe
ends, the pipe ends are usually thickened (inner thickening, outer
thickening or inner and outer thickening) before threading.
It can be divided into oil well pipe (casing, oil pipe and drill
pipe), pipeline pipe, boiler pipe, mechanical structure pipe, hydraulic
support pipe, gas cylinder pipe, geological pipe, chemical pipe
(high-pressure fertilizer pipe, petroleum cracking pipe) and marine pipe
according to the purpose.

Normally, it will take 30 days after receiving your advance payment.
But we always keep 1000mt Raw material in stock. If your ordered size
match our stock, it may shorten to 10 or 15 days.
Q2. What's your MOQ?
A: 20-25tons a container, mixed acceptable.
Q3. What's your payment terms?
A:
30% down-payment after signing the contract, 70% should be remit after
inspection but before shipment based on FOB terms; 30% down-payment
after signing the contract, 70% against the copy of BL based on CIF
terms.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A:
Yes, we have 3 most reliable factories and technical supporters which
enable us to produce according to samples or technical drawings. We can
build the molds and fixtures.
Q5. How can you ensure the quality?
A:
The raw materials which using to produce the pipe are all from the
first classic mills in China like BaoWu Steel, Tisco, Zpss and Posco.
Even we keep POSCO's raw material perennial. We arranged third party
inspection company to make inspection for each order. The third party
inspection specified by customer is acceptable.
