GNEE supplies UNS S32750 seamless duplex tubes for heat exchangers, which are super duplex stainless steel tubes formed through hot piercing or hot extrusion followed by cold rolling/cold drawing and solution annealing treatment. These tubes feature a tensile strength of ≥800 MPa, yield strength of ≥550 MPa, and a pitting resistance equivalent number (PREN) of ≥42, demonstrating superior resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking compared to 300-series austenitic stainless steels. They are particularly suitable for critical applications in heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and chemical process piping under high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive fluid environments.
