Manufacturing process of ASTM A312 TP304H stainless steel round pipe
First, standard 304H high-carbon austenitic stainless steel billets are selected and formed into seamless tube blanks through hot rolling or extrusion. These blanks then undergo solution annealing treatment to improve their high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance. After forming, the tubes are pickled to remove surface scale and impurities, ensuring smooth and clean inner and outer surfaces.
