ASTM A376 TP347H Seamless Austenitic Steel Pipe for Power Plant
ASTM A376 TP347H is a specification for seamless austenitic stainless steel tubing designed for high-temperature environments. It is a niobium-stabilized steel with a higher carbon content (H grade) than standard 347, resulting in superior resistance to creep and intergranular corrosion at high temperatures. This makes it suitable for demanding applications such as power generation and petrochemicals.
Our ASTM A376 347/347H seamless stainless steel tubing is manufactured using cold working processes and undergoes heat treatment, pickling, and passivation. Ends are available in bevel or flush. Outer diameter (OD) ranges from 1/2 inch to 30 inches, and wall thickness grades are available in SCH5S, 10S, 40S, and 80S, with custom average wall thicknesses also available upon request.

What is the difference between 347 and 347H?
The main difference between stainless steel 347 and 347H fasteners is their carbon content. Stainless steel 347H has a higher carbon content than 347, which improves its high-temperature strength and makes it more suitable for applications with elevated temperatures.
