ASTM A312 TP321 Stainless Steel Bright Annealed Seamless Pipe For Oil Industry
ASTM A312 TP321 seamless pipe is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel designed for high-temperature applications such as furnaces. It offers excellent resistance to high-temperature corrosion, embrittlement, and scaling, as well as good strength and weldability.
GNEE's ASTM A312 TP321 stainless steel pipe is produced from hot-extruded billets, resulting in seamless pipe without joints or welds, providing excellent load-bearing capacity in a wide range of environmental conditions. Typically, these pipes are annealed at approximately 1605°F (875°C) and then water quenched. Titanium is added to prevent carbide precipitation at high temperatures, which can reduce corrosion resistance, making TP321 suitable for continuous service in extreme temperatures between 538°C and 870°C. It has a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa and a minimum yield strength of 205 MPa.
