Its resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion far exceeds that of ordinary duplex stainless steel. It has a tensile strength of ≥800MPa and a yield strength of ≥550MPa at room temperature, and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Its overall corrosion resistance is significantly superior to conventional 316 series materials.
UNS S32615 stainless steel plates are available in hot-rolled or cold-rolled condition, with high dimensional accuracy and flatness, suitable for subsequent deep processing. Dimensional tolerance is ±0.05mm, and the surface can be customized to NO.1/2B as required, meeting the high standards of demanding overseas projects and providing long-lasting and durable solutions for corrosive media conveying equipment and offshore platform structural components.
