GNEE's ASTM A240 310S stainless steel metal plate is an optimized austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel composed of 25% chromium, 20% nickel, and a controlled amount of silicon (below 1.5%). Specifically designed for high-temperature applications, it exhibits exceptional resistance to embrittlement and sensitization, enabling continuous operation at temperatures up to 2100°F (1000°C). This makes it highly suitable for demanding environments such as high-temperature furnace tubes, heat treatment equipment, incinerators, and petrochemical reactors, where material stability, corrosion resistance, and processing reliability are critically required.
